A calmer way to run
the money side of your business
Fintog is an independent product with one goal: making invoicing and everyday business finance simple enough that you stop thinking about them.
What we're trying to fix
Too many businesses still manage billing across disconnected tools and mental checklists.
Fintog is being built to replace scattered admin with a calmer, more trustworthy workflow.
Great work, undone by messy paperwork
Most small businesses do not lose money because they are bad at their trade. They lose it because an invoice never went out, a payment was never chased, or nobody could see which clients were behind.
The tools that exist are either too heavy — full accounting suites built for bookkeepers — or too thin, leaving you to manage invoices in a spreadsheet and follow-ups in your head. Fintog sits in the middle: a focused product that covers billing properly and stays out of the way.
The product stance
Less software theater. More useful daily decisions.
The principles behind Fintog
01
Clarity over complexity
You should be able to open Fintog and immediately understand where your money stands. If a feature needs a manual to explain, we have not finished designing it.
02
Built for the smaller side of business
Freelancers and small teams are not scaled-down enterprises, and their tools should not pretend they are. We design for the person who does the work and the invoicing.
03
Your data is yours
Your financial records belong to you. We encrypt them, we do not sell them, and you can take them with you.
04
Honest by default
No dark patterns, no surprise pricing, no features that only look finished. We would rather ship later and ship something that works.
Launching soon
Being honest about our stage matters more than looking established. Fintog is not launched. There is no paid plan, no customer base we are quoting, and no finished product to sign up for today.
What there is: a clear plan, a working product in progress, and an open invitation to tell us what your business needs before we launch.
What to expect
No inflated claims. No vague roadmap language.
Just a clear product direction, honest launch messaging, and an open invitation to shape what gets built first.
