What is Fintog?
Fintog is cloud accounting software for Indian businesses. It brings vouchers and ledgers, GST return preparation, TDS, PF, ESI and Professional Tax tracking, bank statement entries and financial reports into one place.
Who is Fintog for?
Small businesses, startups, and the accountants and chartered accountants who work with them. It suits service businesses especially well, because it does not include stock or inventory management.
How do I sign up?
Create an account at app.fintog.com with your email and password, or with Google or Microsoft, then enter your company details. No card is needed to sign up.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Fintog runs in your web browser at app.fintog.com. There is no separate mobile app.
Can I move my existing data into Fintog?
You can bulk import ledgers and vendors from a CSV or Excel file and enter opening balances. If you have a larger migration in mind, contact us and tell us what you use today.
GST and compliance
Does Fintog file my GST returns?
No. Fintog prepares GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B figures from your vouchers and exports them to Excel. Filing happens on the GST portal, by you or your accountant.
Does Fintog generate e-invoices?
Fintog creates the government's INV-01 JSON from a sales voucher. You upload that file to the e-invoice portal, which issues the IRN and signed QR code.
Does Fintog handle e-way bills?
Not today.
Does Fintog replace my chartered accountant?
No. It gives you clean books and reports to share with your accountant. Fintog does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for your filings.
Your data
Is my data safe?
Our security page sets out exactly what we do, including how passwords are stored, how access works and where uploaded documents are kept.
Does Fintog sell my data?
No. We do not sell your data.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Reports and GST data can be exported to Excel, and vouchers can be exported as PDFs. For anything else, contact support.
Does Fintog use AI on my documents?
Only when you use an AI feature, such as document capture or bank statement entries. Those files and their text are sent to Google's Gemini service for processing. You should check the results before saving them.

How much does Fintog cost?
We have not published pricing yet. Creating an account does not need a card, and you can contact us for details about plans for your business.
