Common questions

Can I email an invoice from Fintog?

Yes. Open the voucher preview, choose Email, check the recipient and message, and send. The invoice goes as a PDF, and replies come back to your company's email address.

Does Fintog send payment reminders automatically?

Not today. Aging reports show what is overdue, and you decide when to follow up.

Can customers pay through Fintog?

No. Fintog does not collect payments. You record receipts in your books when money arrives.
